This smoothie is easy to make and is packed with nutritional benefits like fiber, potassium, good fats, minerals and vitamins. I always try to incorporate good fats into our breakfasts. - 3 bananas
- 1 generous cup of spinach
- 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
