Snacks are a challenge when you’re eating healthy. I try to avoid packaged foods which tend to be the most convenient for a quick snack. Although it is impossible to eliminate all packaged foods…especially when you’re on the go or haven’t packed a proper lunchbox…there are healthy foods you can have at home or pack in your lunchbox for those moments when you just need a little something to carry you through until your next meal.
