I am definitely a bigger fan of Smoothies than Juices because of all the fiber and nutrients that the smoothies preserve that the juices don’t. But there is a time for everything. Juices are great during fasts, or when you’re sick and need to stick to a liquid diet. And they’re so delicious that on a hot summer day, a nice carrot/ginger juice just hits the spot! Enjoy
