- 1 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1 Tbsp raw cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
- 2 Tbsp of coconut oil
- a dash of celtic sea salt
I am absolutely in love with this recipe. One of my favorite snacks is to eat it a couple of scoops of this butter with a banana, apple, or pear. It could be a snack or a dessert. I’ll confess when I eat it, its like a guilty pleasure and I have to remind myself that its healthy!
